Terms and Conditions
Welcome to LamboTinggi Beach House! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your stay at our property. By accessing our website and/or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Booking and Payment:
Bookings can be made through our website.
A 50% deposit is required within 3 days of booking to secure your reservation. If the deposit is not received within this timeframe, your booking may be cancelled.
The remaining balance, along with an RM200 security deposit, is due 1 week before your check-in date.
We accept bank transfer.
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Full refund for cancellations made 14 days prior to check-in.
50% refund for cancellations made between 7 and 13 days prior to check-in.
No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
All cancellations must be made in writing via email to tanamarang@gmail.com.
The security deposit will be refunded after check-out, provided there are no damages to the property and all house rules are adhered to.
3. Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in time is 3.00pm and check-out time is 12.00pm. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible, subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us in advance to arrange.
4. House Rules:
No smoking
No slippers & shoes allowed in the house
Please rinse yourself of any dirt or sand before entering the house
No pets allowed
Please do not rearrange any furniture
Please do not eat in the bedrooms
Please keep the room tidy & hygienic
Please keep the items back after usage
Please take care of your keys. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee of RM100
Please take out the trash before you leave
Please switch off all the electricity when not in use
Any material damage caused by the guest will be charged
No illegal substances allowed on the premises
Only light cooking is allowed
Please respect check-in & check-out times
No Lifeguard. Swim at your own risk
No diving or running around the pool
No glass or breakable items around the pool
No pets allowed around the pool
Children below 10 must be accompanied by adults
No pets are allowed at the pool area
Do not leave children unattended
Please rinse yourself of any dirt or sand before entering the house
5. Security Deposit:
The security deposit will be used to cover any damages to the property, excessive cleaning costs, or any other expenses incurred due to a breach of these terms and conditions.
The security deposit will be refunded within 3 days of check-out, after inspection of the property.
6. Liability:
We are not liable for any loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
We are not responsible for any injuries sustained by guests during their stay, except in cases of gross negligence on our part.
7. Force Majeure:
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargos, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, or materials.
8. Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page.
