  1. Check Availability:

  2. Pick Your Dates:
    Choose your check-in and check-out dates.

  3. Book:
    Whatsapp us with your selected room and date.

  4. 50% Deposit Payment:
    A 50% deposit is required within 3 days to secure your booking. Failure to pay the deposit within this timeframe will result in booking cancellation.

  5. Balance Payment & Security Deposit:
    The remaining balance plus a RM200 security deposit is due 7 days before your check-in date.

  6. Confirmation:
    Once deposit payment is received, you’ll receive a confirmation with your booking details.

  7. Cancellation & Refund:
    Our cancellation policy is a full refund for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. 50% refund for cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before check-in. No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
    The security deposit will be refunded after check-out, provided there are no damages to the property.
